Harry P. Williams and James R. Wedell formed one of the most productive alliances in aviation during the 1930s. Their company, the Wedell-Williams Air Service Corporation, left a remarkable legacy to the world of air racing and the state of Louisiana, Jimmie Wedell possessed a keen sense of aerodynamics.
