Its unique one-way valve prevents any leakage whatsoever in the event a full bag is dropped. Since they are solid waste, used Restop bags should be disposed with normal trash. The bags are landfill-friendly and have been approved by your state's water resources board for landfill disposal -- just like a baby diaper. Unused Restop bags last up to 10 years.

Each bag is a 20oz. plastic container bag with a one-way valve and funnel that leads to a holding compartment filled with a proprietary blend of powdered enzymes, polymers and deodorizers. When liquid waste enters the bag, the powder neutralizes and solidifies the liquid into a gel for disposal with conventional trash.
