Product Review:

Due to the expense of O2 systems for use in aviation I spent a fair amount of time researching different brands to decide on not only which was of the higher quality for the best price, but also met certain features criteria. I found that Aerox...

Please note: Aerox systems ship via ground service only to addresses
in the 'lower 48 and are subject to a $25 Hazmat shipping fee per tank.

Since our Aerox systems ship filled with oxygen,
you'll save the cost of your first fill-up, typically $60-$75.
Keep this in mind when making price comparisons with
similar systems from other providers, which often ship empty.

Optimize flight plans and put high-altitude destinations back on your flight agenda with safe, economical and easy-to-use supplemental oxygen systems from Aerox.

Over 40 years ago, the FAA mandated the use of supplemental oxygen by flight crews at altitudes over 12,500 feet MSL. Accumulated scientific research and pilot experience since then provides stark evidence that the effects of reduced oxygen saturation at altitudes as low as 5,000 feet can take a toll on judgment, night vision and alertness for many pilots, especially older or less fit fliers.

Go one step even past that - you know that headache you get after an extended leg at 10,000 feet? It is likely a sign of oxygen deprivation.

Since FAR 91.211 came down the line in September of 1963, oxygen suppliers have been inventing and refining, innovating to bring the safety and peace of mind of portable supplemental oxygen to aircraft owners and renter pilots alike. The outcome of their efforts? Complete single-user systems now start as low as $350 and for less than $800 you can provide over 16 hours of oxygen for 4 people. They arrive complete -- filled up with oxygen and ready to go - saving you a $60-$70 errand to get your first fill-up of oxygen.

Aerox Supplemental Oxygen Systems combine advanced technology with rigorous standards to provide maximum performance for the general aviation pilot.

  • Reduced Oxygen Usage:
The advanced Oxysaver nasal cannula from Aerox extends oxygen
duration up to eight times over previous mask and cannula designs
while delivering optimal oxygen flows and improved comfort for
the user. The needle valve control of flow by each user allows exact
adjustment for both altitude and type of delivery equipment. A
calibrated flowmeter in each delivery tube accurately shows proper
flow by altitude and doubles as a flow indicator - it is the most
accurate instrument to measure flow. When used with Oxysaver
cannulas, oxygen duration is extended by a factor of four. (Each
system comes with 1 Flowmeter, and 1 Oxysaver Cannula/Mask
    per outlet)

  • Rugged Construction:
All-metal construction and push-pull quick connects provide fast,
positive, one-handed operation. Maintenance is a thing of the past
-- no tools are required for assembly, regulators are built to last
without costly repairs and a piston mechanism in the regulator
(instead of diaphragm) maintains accuracy without recalibration.
The system is covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the
    manufacturer.

  • Flexibility:
Select the configuration that suits your usage needs and space
availability. One, two and four-place configurations can be moved
from plane to plane with ease. While a compact design saves space
and weight, tanks ranging up to 33 cubic feet of oxygen easily strap
to the back of your seat, putting a reserve of over 66 man hours of
    oxygen at your disposal.

Use your Aerox system with the Oxysaver cannulas or standard cannulas up to 18,000 feet MSL or with masks above 18,000 feet MSL. Changing from the Oxysaver cannula to a mask is as simple as removing tubing from outflow end of flowmeter and attaching the hose from the mask. Since the masks are appreciably less efficient than the Oxysaver cannulas you'll need to remember to increase oxygen flow accordingly.

Your system is delivered with everything you need to go flying today - a lightweight, filled aluminum cylinder, a regulator with quick connects and needle valve control, Oxysaver cannulas and flow meters.

Ordering Note: Aerox systems can ship via ground service only to addresses in the 'lower 48' and are subject to a $25 Hazmat shipping fee. If you have to return a system, you'll need to empty it of oxygen before shipping it back and it will be subject to a $60 restocking fee.
