Shipping Rates and Policies

Our 'Shipping and Handling' charges are based on the value, size, destination, and shipping method you choose for the delivery of your order. To see charges for your order:
  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" button next to the item's price.
  2. If you'd like to calculate your shipping costs before completing the order, click the "Calculate Shipping Costs" link on the shopping cart page.
  3. After you've added all of the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, click the "Checkout" button.
  4. You will be asked to confirm a desired shipping method. The cost of the shipping and handling selection you've made will be displayed. Enter Payment Information and click "Continue"
  5. You will see a summary of your order details. To complete the order, click the "Complete Order" button.

Order Processing

  • Orders will be held for shipment until all items and quantities can be shipped at once.
  • We reserve the right to contact you prior to shipment of your order. This includes problems with information received or not received with your order (we may require additional information) and any issues we discover related to product information, availability, or pricing. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
  • You may cancel any order, without penalty, prior to it shipping. Once your order has shipped, however, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in compliance with our normal Return Policy. Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.
  • Since a signature may be required for your order to be delivered, a valid phone number is required on your order where you can be reached during the day: there are no exceptions. Your order will be rejected if a bad phone number or no phone number is provided.
  • Please allow 1 business day for order processing and packing of merchandise that is currently in stock (allow 1 additional business day for items requiring 'personalization').
  • Most orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse. To offer you the largest possible selection, some products however may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Though we transmit orders daily, processing of such items may take 1-4 days. Your patience is appreciated.
  • Occasionally, due to demand, merchandise may be out of stock. If the shipping destination of your order is within the continental US and contains items that are not in stock, your shipping options will include the opportunity to split your shipments so that you can receive in-stock items as soon as they are available (additional shipping charges will apply) If you do not wish to utilize this option, we will hold your shipment until all items are in stock. Products not in-stock at the time of your order are typically available for processing within 4-5 business days, unless indicated otherwise.

US Order Delivery

  • AvShop uses UPS and USPS for its trackable US orders.
  • Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery for orders using 'ground' shipping methods to continental US addresses. Residential shipments are delivered on Saturday, but not on Monday. Orders valued over $250 may require a signature: provide a shipping address attended during the day.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery for orders using 'express' shipping methods (depending on your selection) to US addresses. Saturday is NOT considered a 'business day' for 'express' orders. All 'express' orders will require a signature, even if a waiver is on file with the carrier: provide a shipping address attended during the day.
  • All orders using the 'Customer Pickup' shipping method will be held at our Florida store for pickup. Florida Sales Tax charges will be applied. Please allow 1 business day for processing. Pickup hours are 8am - 6pm, M - F (Please present your order number at pickup). Open orders will be cancelled after 30 days.
  • We sell many software products and a number of those are now downloadable. There are no shipping and handling charges for our downloadable software products. If a downloadable version is available, it will be noted on the product page. Since no returns are allowed for our 'downloadable' software products, demo versions are provided for many of our products.
  • We are NOT able to place special delivery instructions for carrier drivers on our shipments.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason (except where the return is the fault of the shipping company or us), you will be charged both outbound and inbound freight, as well as for shipping the product again to a different address.

International Order Delivery

  • We ship via USPS Express Mail, or UPS Worldwide Express outside the US. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery, plus normal customs clearance.
  • Taxes/duties may be collected upon delivery; additional customs brokerage fees may also be assessed. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees which are in addition to shipping and handling charges applied to your order by AvShop. If we, through no fault of our own, are charged tax/duties for your order, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for this amount at a later date. If you refuse a package, upon its return to us, we will refund your purchase price less shipping charges in both directions and a 15% processing fee (this amount will exceed the duties and taxes in most cases). Your order may result in more than one shipment. Therefore, to estimate your total brokerage fees, compute each item on your order separately.
  • It is against U.S. Customs regulations for us to falsify the value of the order on the included invoice: please don't ask us to break the law.
