Ease of installation/programmability: Generally more user friendly software than the equivalent Thrusmaster (TM)products ( HOTAS Cougar and FLCS-F16 & F-22 systems). Installation was fairly straight forward.

Appearance/feel: The unit is solidly build but compared to the TM products feels lighter and not as durable. This is ONLY on initial impression, however, as the product continues to stand up to the rigors of children, pets, and me! The action of the throttle is a sliding one and not one based on a pivot as in the TM products.

Ergonomics: The buttons, hat switches etc. seem logically placed and easy to use on par with similar high end products.
