A solid offering from CH. I have used a variety of flight sim products over the years some CH but mostly Thrustmaster (TM) and even the Saitek X45. A new system has caused me to reevaluate the programmable joystick/throttle combinations. The HOTAS Cougar from TM is currently the gold standard but certainly a rather expensive choice.

The Fighterstick I utilized with the accompanying Throttle Pro from CH and running under Window XP. The present Saitek software causes a hard crash under XP.

Software and Installation: Readily installs the drivers into the system with minimum fuss via a CD. Overall the programming software is easier to use than the TM programming software. The Saitek product causes a crash.

Hardware Programmability: Easier to program than the TM line largely because of the software.
