As a pilot and Aerospace Education Officer for the local Civil Air Patrol Unit, the Checkmate Emergency Substitute Pilot Checklist purchased will be used by non-pilot Observers and Scanners. Mission pilots, Observers and Scanners were very impressed with the product and will be trained in it's use by the senior pilot, who is also a Pinch Hitter instructor. This checklist, along with actual in flight practice will improve the safety factor, confidence, and piece of mind of the flight crew. Thank You.

This could be great. High quality, great idea. But might be, too detailed. Too many words, not enough big, bold pictures and diagrams. Tried it on my non-pilot partner the other weekend, and she got bogged down in the text instead of getting the immediate actions she needed to take.
