Comments: Nicely done! I chose it because of price and the ability to include a lot of info (name, date, aircraft, CFI, airport, etc.). The others I looked at were more expensive and only allowed for very limited info. When I received it, it was even better quality than I had hoped (always a little scary ordering off the web or mail order). Came in a protecting wrap also, indicating pride in workmanship.

The first plaque was damaged when it arrived and Avshop customer service immediately responded to my request with a repeat order that arrived in great shape in good time. Overall, I would recommend this to every student pilot, the perfect way to frame the memories of your first solo flight. Here's hoping they have more plaques for each level of pilot certification.

Comments: Arrived in a very slim package. I was very impressed with the workmanship - almost flawless plate finish with crisp clear printing of the name, airport, etc.. The hook could be a bit tricky but should be no problem to figure with a friend that has experience hanging things on walls. great product overall!

Great Customer Service

Comments: As a surprise gift I ordered a first solo plaque for my husband. As we live abroad we have a different rating system for pilot licences without the rating categories of the US. The AV shop were able to assist with the order so that the plaque was made. Often when you buy things from the internet there is not the same customer service as when you walk into a shop. I was very impressed with AV Shop's follow up and customer service. I would recommend them to you and would purchase again from this company.
