Comments: I purchased the plaque as a gift. I was highly impressed with the quality and true to life copy of the license. The only comment I have regarding the product is that the black glass picks up a lot of reflection (it's nearly a mirror) and may be difficult to read depending on the room you display it in. It works best on a light colored wall. While the traditional wood / brass plaques would not have the reflection problems, I do like the black glass as it is more suitable for today's modern homes and offices.

Comments: The quality and appearance is superior! There was one small mistake on the pilot certificate. You printed a type rating for the lear jet....my rating is for the ia jet (westwind, isrealie jet) they are almost the same . The flight instructor certificate was perfect..no errors. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quality item.

Comments: I typically do not comment or add reviews to purchases online, but this one warrants a excellent review. My wife bought 2 of these for both my commercial pilot and ground instructor's licenses for Christmas. When you invest this much time and passion towards a license, this plaque purely demonstrates your accomplishment. Although this is not the new fashion design of the current FAA license, for some of us, it's what a license used to look like, and it was my 1st preference. Avshop made a small mistake of sending 2 commercial license plaques, but quickly resolved that by creating yet a 3rd plaque for my ground instructor's license. Both the plaque and Avshop are highly recommended.
